I went to WordPress course in order to make websites, but soon I found that blogging was interesting and here I am…

By profession I’m a graphic designer / an illustrator (now freelance and aged), who wants to photograph, paint and walk in nature. To my family includes a husband, a dog and a cat. I’m not a mother, but however a grandmother 🙂

Studied also botany, genetics and zoology. The copyrights of the photos on this site are mine. My other website is https://torikassi.wordpress.com/,  where I have scanned photos from a Nepal studying trip many years ago.

And my new site (a kind of sketch book) includes drawings and naïve style paintings from different years: cityenkeli.wordpress.com (Warning: Can contain images of cats and unfinished material).

    Thank you for following my blog. I know how many interesting blogs are out there and feel honored that you picked mine to follow. I hope my stories entertain and inform and my photos bring you joy and wonderment.
    I travel mostly local but try to always find interesting places. I have lived in several different places and dig through my archives of photos to bring glimpses into places I have been. Sometimes I post a recipe because food tells a lot about culture.
    I am not a professional photographer, so my photos are sometimes a little fuzzy and there are telephone poles and wires and other things along with what I was photographing. The older photos are 35mm, the newer are point and shoot digital and a few are Samsung Smartphone.
    I am new to blogging so if you have any advice or critique please drop me a comment.

    1. I like to follow other bloggers, this is not nice to be alone 🙂 ! I’m neither a professional photographer, but I have done it long and used photos in my work a lot, too. But a student and pupil I feel to be for ever! I started blogging about year ago. Have a nice blogging time!

    1. How interesting! I only sudied biology at the Helsinki university four years, then I went to work as an illustrator and studied at same time graphics. Have a good weekend, too. 🙂

      1. I am a histology technician in a reseach laboratory. And photography it is just my passion but I do some for my job because I take in picture the slide that I look toward the microscope. 🙂
